March 31, 2010 -

April gets only 10 days in before we’re seeing a local music festival in Downtown Orlando.

JamBando is described on their website as “Featuring FOUR stages of continuous music & lights, fantastic visual F/X, comedy, food, booze, arts & crafts vendors & more!”

The event happens April 10 at The Plaza Theatre starting at 4pm. Tickets are $12 and can be purchased at the box office.

Bands include:
The Legendary JC’s
Shak Nasti
funkUs
Florganism
Bluelegs
Sonar

and many more.

The Florida Music Festival runs from the 21st-24th and features national acts Parachute, Less Than Jake and Rusted Root and will scatter 250 shows all over Downtown at venues like The Social and Wall Street Cantina. Over 25,000 are expected to attend.

This is TRULY the month of the biggest opportunities for local bands to play in front of the biggest crowds this city will EVER see! Local City Soundtrack will be at both events and taking plenty of pics.

If YOU are a band playing either one of these events, email music@localcitysoundtrack.com so we can let our fans know when and where you’ll be playing!
